Timeline
Follow the record in sequence; every event opens to its supporting source.
Macro baseline source note logged
The source-note queue records the research note's undivided-AP GSDP, growth, per-capita income, and state-plan figures as unclaimed until official statistical and planning sources are archived.
Coastal and Sri City anchor source note logged
The source-note queue records Krishnapatnam, Gangavaram, Sri City, and Mahindra-Zaheerabad assertions; Sri City's AP manufacturing role and Chennai proximity have linked source support, while the port and Zaheerabad capex figures remain open.
Bifurcation fiscal-shock source note logged
The reorganisation date and population ratio have linked support in the India Code Act, while the revenue-share and FY2017-18 deficit figures still need budget or Finance Accounts sources.
Single Desk and EoDB source note logged
The current archive supports the Single Desk mechanism and 21-day clearance framing, but the April 2015 date, 2015-20 incentive package, and 2016 EoDB ranking still need source ingestion.
Kia and Foxconn anchor-employment source note logged
Kia's AP MoU, US$1.1 billion plant scope, and trial-stage direct/indirect jobs have linked source support; the Kia expansion figure and Foxconn Sri City employment assertions remain open.
MoU grounding and incentive-backlog source note logged
The source-note queue records the 327-MoU, 45-grounded, 91-mega-project, Rs. 2,800 crore incentive-backlog, and FY2018-19 debt assertions as unclaimed until CII, SIPB, Finance Accounts, or white-paper sources are archived.
YSRCP-era exit and stalled-project matrix added
The detailed matrix classifies Lulu as the strongest supported withdrawal case, Kia as a reported relocation concern plus denial, Amara Raja as regulatory conflict plus investment diversion, Adani as delayed/reworked, APP as unconfirmed, and Franklin Templeton as still open.
GIS 2023 commitment source note logged
The 352-MoU, Rs. 13.41 lakh crore, and 6.03 lakh jobs-potential figures from the preliminary research note remain unclaimed until official GIS sources are archived.
Swarna Andhra and Policy 4.0 source note logged
The 2024 policy reset is supported by archived G.O. and cabinet tracker sources, while the Swarna Andhra target figures and sixteen-policy count need the vision document or official policy compendium.
CII 2025 summit source note logged
The 613-MoU, Rs. 13.25 lakh crore, 16 lakh jobs-potential, and sectoral-breakdown figures remain unclaimed until official summit and MoU-list sources are archived.
SIPB mega-project pipeline source note logged
Reliance, Adani-Google, ArcelorMittal-Nippon Steel, Yamanko, Royal Enfield, Kings Infra, aggregate 8.5 lakh jobs, and Sri City 2024 additions are all logged as unclaimed pending SIPB, Cabinet, company, or Sri City sources.
Sector, export, PLFS, fiscal, and infrastructure source notes logged
The source-note queue records data-center, quantum, bulk-drug, export, PLFS, debt, budget-allocation, ports, airports, and highway figures as open until the relevant official datasets are ingested.
Evidence boundary
Supported and not established
The line matters: archived records can support a finding without resolving every allegation, motive, or final outcome.
What the sources support
- The source-note queue now captures every major numerical and outcome assertion from the preliminary research note as a citable item.
- Current archive support is strongest for bifurcation date and population ratio, Single Desk 21-day framing, Kia's AP MoU and trial-stage jobs estimate, Policy 4.0 issuance, and the 4.0 statewide baseline.
- The dossier keeps source-note text visibly separate from established timeline facts so later source ingestion can promote or revise individual notes without rewriting the main dossier.
- The company-exit research pass narrows the exodus narrative: Lulu is supported as a withdrawal, while Kia relocation, APP exit, Franklin Templeton exit, and Adani exit remain unsupported by the archived record.
What remains unresolved
- Primary sources are still needed for GIS 2023, CII 2025, SIPB mega-project approvals, Sri City annual additions, Foxconn / Bharat FIH, export composition, PLFS, RBI debt, and AP budget figures.
- Several preliminary figures conflict or do not align exactly with the archived Policy 4.0 baseline, especially the 1,074 / Rs. 3.01 lakh crore / 5.33 lakh jobs figures versus the policy's 1,066 / Rs. 1.4 lakh crore / 2.54 lakh employment figures.
- The exit/stall matrix still needs Reuters original/correction records, AP cabinet notes, APIIC orders, company letters, and APPCB final orders before any item can be promoted from source note to settled verdict.
- The next ingestion pass should prioritize official government PDFs, company releases, stock-exchange filings, and annual reports before any source note is moved from the queue into the main state timeline.
